How it works

You pick the roles.
We do the rest.

Six things change about your job search from the day you start. Here they are.

Book a call

Book a call to start your 14-day free trial. 100 job packages, free. No card, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel.

01You tell us what you want

The roles you'd actually take.

The titles you want, the level you're at, where you'll work, the salary you won't go below, and the companies you'd rather never hear from again. That's the brief.

From then on it's a short list every morning, not a firehose. Four roles you'd genuinely take beats forty you'd scroll past, and you can turn the volume up or down whenever you like.

02We write the CV

A new CV for every single job.

Most people send one CV everywhere and hope. Yours gets rewritten for each role — built around what that particular employer says they're looking for, in your words, from your real experience.

Nothing gets invented. Everything on it traces back to something you actually did; we just make sure the right parts are the ones they see first.

03You approve

You stay in charge.

Nothing leaves without your say-so. You look down the morning's list and tap the ones you want — that's the whole of your involvement.

Every CV we've written for you is kept, so you can always see exactly what went out for which role.

What most people send

Worked on payment processing systems and improved performance across our backend services.

What we send for you

Built low-latency Python microservices for payments; designed idempotency keys for Stripe-style retry semantics, cutting p99 800ms → 180ms.

04We apply

And then it's handled.

No forms. No portals. No typing your work history out again at eleven at night. You approved it; we take it from there.

Where an employer insists an application comes from your own account, we hand yours over finished — one click and it's gone.

Done — your application is in, and we found the person hiring for it. Your introduction to them is drafted and waiting for you.

Sent. That took me nine seconds.
05We get you noticed

Not just another name in the pile.

An application sitting in a queue is easy to overlook. We find the person actually doing the hiring and write your introduction the way you'd have written it yourself.

You read it, change anything you like, and send. Nothing goes out under your name that you haven't seen — and when a role goes quiet, there's a follow-up ready and waiting.

“Hi Sarah — applied to your Senior PE role on Tuesday and wanted to put a face to the application. 6 yrs shipping payments infra at Plaid + Mercury, would love 15 min if there's a fit…”
06You keep track

One screen, every morning.

Where each role stands, what's come back, and what needs you today — all in one place, in about the time it takes to finish a coffee.

No more spreadsheet you abandoned in week two, and no more wondering whether you already applied to that one.

The difference

The same person. Twice.

One of these gets read. Guess which. This is what changes when a CV is written for the job instead of sent at it.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

Do you really apply for me?
Yes — that is the whole point. You approve the roles you want, and your application goes in with a CV written for that specific job. Where an employer insists it comes from your own account, we hand yours over finished, one click from sent. Nothing goes anywhere without your say-so.
What do I get in the free trial?
The real thing, not a demo. 100 job packages over 14 days — each with its own tailored CV, prepared for you exactly as a paying client's would be. It starts after your call, we take no card, and it never turns into a bill by itself. If it is not for you, walk away and owe nothing.
Why do I have to book a call first?
Because everything you see afterwards comes out of one conversation about what you are actually looking for — the titles, the level, the places, the things you will not consider. Get that right and the list that lands every morning is worth reading. It is also how we tell you honestly whether we can help at all, which is better to know at the start than in week three.
Is this a subscription?
No — and there is nothing to cancel. You buy once: 600 job packages for $200, down from $400, and they are yours to use at your own pace for 12 months. No monthly bill, no auto-renewal, no card sitting on file. When the 600 are used up it simply stops.
What kind of roles will I see?
Yours. You tell us the titles, the level, the locations, the salary you will not go below, and the companies you never want to hear from again — and that is the filter. A short, relevant list every morning beats a hundred near-misses, so we would rather send you four roles you would genuinely take than forty you would not.
How soon does it start?
Fast. Your first set of roles is usually with you the day after you finish setting up, and applications go out from that very first batch. You choose the pace from there — push hard for a fortnight, or keep it ticking over in the background.
Can I pause?
Any time, in one click, no phone call and no retention script. A paused account sends nothing and spends nothing from your balance, and you pick up exactly where you left off. Worth knowing: pausing does not extend the package's validity window — the full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Your CV and your search stay yours: encrypted, walled off from every other client, and never sold — not to recruiters, not to anyone. Your current employer will not hear from us. Ask us to delete everything and we will, no questions asked.
Do you guarantee interviews?
Nobody honest can promise you a job — but we can promise the work. Every role worth your time gets found, gets a CV written for it, and gets your name in front of the person who decides. You get to spend your energy preparing instead of applying, which is where it was always better spent.
Who is behind this?
A small team who have sat on both sides of the table — sent the hundreds of applications, and read them. We built the thing we wanted back then: not a robot blasting one CV everywhere, and not a coach charging thousands to tell you what you already know.

Enough reading.
Let’s talk.

Tell us where your search is stuck and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help. Your first 14 days and 100 job packages are free, and we take no card.
